Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $59 USD or more.

For orders under $59 USD, a standard shipping fee of $5.99 USD will apply.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard shipping usually takes 7–14 business days after the order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.

Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Vroehomall is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address. We will do our best to make changes before the order is shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.
