At Vroehomall, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include all original tags and accessories (if applicable).

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.

  • Gift cards.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer.

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts not caused by our error.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support before sending your item back.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • The reason for the return.

  • Photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect.

Please do not return your package without receiving our return instructions.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return is caused by our error (such as receiving the wrong item, a defective product, or an item damaged during shipping), Vroehomall will cover the return shipping costs or provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the item.

  • Photos of the packaging.

We will review your case and provide a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, please follow our return procedure after receiving the package.
